A faulty upstream price feed from Pragma caused 47 positions with $3 million in collateral across multiple Vesu pools to be erroneously liquidated between 04:08 and 04:10 UTC. The price feed self-corrected within two minutes and has not been affected since. Pragma has collaborated with relevant parties to deploy a fix addressing the root cause, and Vesu expects pool curators to lift pool suspensions within the next few hours. Vesu stated that its contracts operated as designed, with no protocol vulnerabilities requiring patches—the issue stemmed solely from incorrect input prices. Vesu is working with Pragma, StarkWare, the Starknet Foundation, and pool curators to recover funds seized through these liquidations. Affected users should keep their Earn positions open, as withdrawing may forfeit eligibility for refunds; if liquidated during the incident, please submit a support ticket on Discord.
