Approximately three hours after the incident, Radix validators prevented further exploitation by proactively taking down sufficient staked shares to render the network unable to reach consensus. Affected assets included ETH, WBTC, USDT, USDC, BNB, and SOL. Radix stated that the vulnerability has been patched, independently reviewed, and tested, and efforts are currently underway to restore the network.
