Derived from Bijiie, the DeFi market experienced a challenging week as total value locked (TVL) across major blockchains dropped significantly. Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, and Base all saw double-digit declines in TVL. Ethereum's TVL fell approximately 13% to around $74.2 billion, while Solana and Arbitrum dropped about 14% to $10 billion and $3 billion, respectively. Security vulnerabilities, including a $120 million rounding error exploit on Balancer and a $93 million asset loss on Stream Finance, intensified concerns over DeFi risks.
