Terms and Conditions:

1. Trading Volume = (buys + sells) x price;

2. This event is open exclusively to VIP and Institutional VIP users. New users who register during the event and meet VIP requirements may join mid-way;

3. Only Spot API trades and their trading volumes are counted for this event;

4. Trading volumes from activities with a 0% maker or taker fee, or trades involving pairs where both currencies are stablecoins, will not be included in the final calculation;

5. ND-Broker users are not eligible to participate in this promotion;

6. Only completed buy and sell transactions are calculated; canceled or unexecuted orders are excluded;

7. Users participating in the Club A Program are not eligible for this event;

8. Any form of market manipulation, fake accounts, or illegal trading practices will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards;

9. Rewards will be distributed within 10 working days after the event concludes;

10. The discount coupon covers 50% of trading fees per transaction. It must be redeemed within 7 days of issuance and is valid for 30 days after redemption;
11. KuCoin reserves the right to the final interpretation of these event rules and may adjust them as necessary based on actual circumstances.
