VIETNAM IS DRAWING CLOSER TO THE CRYPTO ASSET MARKET 🇻🇳 Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chi stated that the first service providers are expected to receive licenses and begin operations as early as 2026. The State Securities Commission is also developing a regulatory framework focused on risk management, investor protection, and anti-money laundering. Notably, Vietnam is no longer just discussing legal frameworks—the conversation has now moved into the phase of preparing for actual implementation.
