The Clarity Act, formally known as the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, aims to clarify the regulatory division of responsibilities between the SEC and CFTC over cryptocurrencies, while incorporating consumer protection rules such as transparency, fraud prevention, and fund security. It has already gained partial bipartisan consensus.
