🚨 CLARITY Act Update The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (CLARITY Act of 2025) is the major U.S. bill that finally aims to bring regulatory clarity to crypto. It clearly defines which digital assets fall under CFTC oversight (as commodities) and which remain under SEC jurisdiction (as securities). The goal: reduce uncertainty for developers, exchanges, and investors while protecting consumers and fighting illicit finance. 📷House on July 17, 2025 with strong bipartisan support (294-134). 📷 Now sitting in the Senate (placed on the legislative calendar June 1, 2026). Will it pass this year? There’s a narrow window for a Senate vote in late July (before the August recess), but several hurdles remain — including stablecoin yield rules, ethics provisions, and DeFi treatment. It’s possible… but not guaranteed. Crypto regulation is finally moving in the U.S. Stay tuned! 📷 👀
