Something from the recent @KoloHub x @Wallchain podcast stayed with me: Organic growth in Web3 is mostly a myth now. The projects breaking through are not doing it by accident. There is always structure behind the attention: Creators being supported. Communities that feel real. Distribution that reaches the right people. Marketing that moves with intention. Because attention online does not naturally flow toward good products anymore. It gets directed. A lot of projects talk about “community” and “ecosystems,” but the ones worth watching are the ones building sustainable attention instead of chasing temporary virality. That conversation touched on something the space needs to admit more often: Growth is engineered now. The real question is whether there is something meaningful underneath it.
