The Polish Parliament once again failed to reach the required number of votes to override the President’s veto on the #crypto bill. With this development, Poland remains the only country within the European Union that has not yet implemented a national framework for #MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation). The legislative impasse continues to create regulatory uncertainty for the crypto sector in the country.
