  • XLM fell 13.5%, returning toward the crucial $0.1874 breakout support zone.
  • Stellar’s RWA value reached $3.05 billion, highlighting strong underlying network growth.
  • Holding $0.1874 could preserve bullish structure, while a breakdown risks deeper losses.

Stellar — XLM, has suffered a sharp pullback after reaching a recent high near $0.2228. The token dropped 13.5%, bringing price back toward the August breakout zone. That decline has erased much of the latest rally gains. However, Stellar still shows strong underlying network growth through real-world asset activity. RWA value recently reached $3.05 billion. Now, traders face one key question: can buyers defend the $0.1874 support level?

XLM Tests a Critical Breakout Zone

XLM traded around $0.1926 after recovering roughly 2% within 24 hours. The latest decline followed a move toward $0.2228. Price has now returned close to the original breakout area. Buyers previously gained control around the $0.1874 level. The pullback has removed about 85% of the gains from $0.1874. That makes the current zone especially important for market structure.

A successful defense could keep the broader bullish setup alive. Sellers, however, could gain control after a confirmed break below support. The first recovery hurdle sits at $0.1957. This level matches the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement. Bulls must reclaim $0.1957 before challenging the $0.2051 midpoint. Further resistance appears around $0.2093 and $0.2152.

Earlier buyers could sell near those levels after waiting through the correction. Such selling could slow any short-term recovery. Momentum indicators also remain mixed across the current setup. The RSI has cooled to 53.23, showing balanced momentum. Meanwhile, a bearish MACD crossover still favors sellers. However, declining volume suggests that selling pressure may be losing strength.

Stellar RWA Growth Supports the Bigger Picture

While XLM tests support, Stellar continues recording strong growth across real-world assets. Stellar’s RWA value climbed from $1.09 billion in January. The figure reached $3.05 billion by the end of June. Growth accelerated sharply after March. RWA value increased from $1.52 billion to $2.30 billion during April. The figure then reached $2.89 billion in May.

Stellar’s growth also outpaced the wider tokenization market. The network expanded roughly four times faster during the reported period. Growth covered several asset categories across the ecosystem. Those categories include Treasuries, sovereign bonds, private credit, and money-market funds. Tokenized gold also contributed to the expanding RWA base. This broader mix reduces dependence on one financial product.

Stellar also recorded strong stablecoin transfer activity during the second quarter. Stablecoin transfers reached an all-time high of $11.4 billion. Quarterly transfer growth reached 72%, highlighting rising network usage. The contrast remains important for XLM traders. Price momentum has weakened, while network fundamentals continue strengthening.
