Superstate has launched an SEC news-approved tokenized share issuance program on Ethereum news and Solana, allowing registered companies to issue new shares directly to investors. The Direct Issuance Program enables firms to receive stablecoin capital while investors get tokenized shares in real time. The initiative supports existing and new digital share classes and is expected to see its first offerings in 2026. The move aligns with U.S. regulators’ efforts to integrate blockchain with traditional finance and introduces programmable features for governance and distribution. Superstate plans to open the offering to retail and institutional investors after KYC checks.
