Superstate, founded by Robert Leshner of Compound, has launched its Direct Issuance Programs, enabling listed firms to raise capital via tokenized stocks from KYC-verified investors. Payments are made in stablecoins with instant settlement. The service will run on Ethereum news and Solana, with the first issuance set for 2026. The program avoids underwriters and aligns with SEC news regulations, aiming to bring capital markets on-chain.
