This upgrade introduces ML-DSA post-quantum signature verification and millisecond-level ledger timestamps, while standard transactions continue to use Ed25519, with no change to the current block interval. Testnet validator voting is scheduled for November 3 at 17:00 UTC, and mainnet voting is set for November 23 at 17:00 UTC. The upgrade will take effect upon approval; dates are subject to change.
