Odaily Planet Daily reports that Stellar has announced it is now the default network in both the MetaMask mobile app and browser extension. Starting today, every existing MetaMask account will automatically generate a Stellar address derived from the user’s existing seed phrase, requiring no additional setup. Users can directly hold, manage, send, and receive XLM, Trustline assets, and Soroban tokens, as well as swap between Stellar and other supported networks. Existing Stellar users can also import their accounts using their seed phrase.
