Solana-based DEX Lifinity is shutting down after a near-unanimous community vote. The project will wind down operations and distribute $42 million in treasury assets as USDC to LFNTY token holders. An extra $1.4 million in development funds will also be released. Token holders may get $0.90–$1.10 per token based on book value. Users must convert LFNTY or veLFNTY into xLNFTY before redemption. The xLNFTY-to-USDC feature will launch in nine days after a Sec3 audit. Lifinity, a major token launch on Solana, has handled over $149 billion in volume since 2022.
