Hong Kong, [November 2, 2026] — Yuanbi Technology today announced an upgrade to its enterprise-focused cross-border payment and digital financial ecosystem, advancing bank partnerships, payment channel integrations, and digital asset settlement infrastructure to address corporate needs for cross-border receipts and payments, foreign exchange conversion, and fund management, with a focus on trade between Africa and Asia.
Rita Liu, CEO of Yuanbi Technology, said: "The value of digital financial infrastructure lies in serving the real economy. Hong Kong’s connection between Asia and global trade and financial networks provides a crucial foundation for this development. We will start from the actual needs of businesses, collaborating with banks, payment providers, and digital asset infrastructure partners to bridge local financial services with cross-border settlement capabilities, exploring more efficient and transparent methods of fund flow to support corporate trade and global operations."
Deepen bank partnerships and explore trade settlement between Ghana and Asia.
In terms of banking partnerships, Yuanbi Technology will collaborate with Stanbic Bank Ghana to jointly explore a bank-led, stablecoin-powered cross-border trade settlement solution, initially focused on enabling Ghanaian businesses to make B2B payments to Asian suppliers. Related technical validation and controlled pilot programs will proceed only after obtaining the necessary regulatory no-objection approvals.
Darwin Mireku, Head of Strategic Enablement at Ghana Standard Bank, said: “Reliable and efficient payment services are critical for Ghanaian businesses engaged in international trade. Through this partnership, we aim to assess how new technologies can help our clients settle legitimate trade payments with Asian suppliers more smoothly. As we engage with relevant regulators and advance the pilot, we will design and test solutions guided by customer needs, compliance, and risk management.”
Expand payment channels to facilitate cross-border corporate payments and receipts.
In terms of payment collaboration, Yuanbi Technology is working with Transika, a digital asset infrastructure provider in Ghana, to explore cross-border settlement solutions for trade between Ghana and Asian enterprises, leveraging Transika’s local payment capabilities and Yuanbi Technology’s cross-border settlement infrastructure to study viable approaches for enhancing the efficiency of trade fund flows. Both parties will also jointly assess the suitability of stablecoins within the proposed model; any pilot or actual transactions will require necessary regulatory approvals and compliance with applicable conditions and mutually agreed operational arrangements.
Samuel Orji Nwokocha, CEO of Transika, said: "Businesses trading between Ghana and Asian markets require reliable payment channels that connect local and international markets. By combining Transika’s local payment capabilities with Yuanpay Technology’s cross-border settlement infrastructure, we look forward to exploring more efficient ways to support trade finance flows. Both parties will also jointly evaluate how stablecoins can be integrated into this model, based on actual business needs and applicable regulatory requirements."
Support digital dollar tools and explore institutional financial applications.
In the digital dollar space, Yuanbi Technology will support brand development and ecosystem expansion for the USD stablecoin RDUSD, adding a digital dollar settlement option to the Yuanbi system. As outlined in the collaboration and product roadmap, RDUSD will be issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered digital asset bank in the United States, designed to comply with the U.S. GENIUS Act regulatory framework, pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar, and subject to third-party audits.
Nathan McCauley, CEO and co-founder of Anchorage Digital, said: “Stablecoins are increasingly becoming a critical settlement layer for global commerce, and businesses operating with stablecoins require reliable infrastructure for issuance, reserve management, and custody. Through our partnership with Circle, we look forward to combining Anchorage Digital Bank’s regulated issuance capabilities with Circle’s customer base and market expertise. Circle focuses on customers and markets, while our stablecoin issuance platform provides the infrastructure for issuance, reserve management, and custody.”
As a key component of the institutional finance collaboration between Yuanbi Technology and HashKey On-Chain, RDUSD will be deployed on the HSK Chain. Building on this foundation, both parties will work closely to explore the long-term value of stablecoins in cross-border payments, global treasury management, and the tokenization of real-world assets, driving their widespread adoption in real economy and institutional finance scenarios, deepening the integration of traditional finance with on-chain economics, and jointly building the next-generation financial infrastructure.
Rachel Qiu, Head of Business Development at HashKey Group and Chief Operating Officer of HashKey On-Chain, said: “The upcoming deployment of RDUSD on HSK Chain marks the first step in our collaboration. Moving forward, leveraging HashKey On-Chain’s extensive experience in on-chain business, we will partner with Yuanbi Technology to gradually integrate compliant stablecoins into real-world commercial and financial activities, providing institutional users with more comprehensive digital asset services. In areas such as cross-border trade and corporate payments, HashKey On-Chain will offer corresponding technical and application platforms to support efficient, compliant on-chain transaction settlement, helping to advance the growth of the on-chain ecosystem.”
Rooted in Hong Kong, a global trade hub connecting Asia with the world, Yuanbi Technology is committed to building infrastructure that bridges traditional finance and digital assets, tailored to diverse markets, currencies, and client needs. Through bank partnerships, expansion of payment channels, and exploration of digital financial tools, we enable businesses to manage cross-border payments, trade settlements, and fund allocation.
