Raydium, a Solana-based DEX, has launched a Permissioned AMM to support regulated asset trading. This on-chain development marks a key step for issuers to deploy KYC-restricted tokens directly on Solana. Only whitelisted wallets can access the pools, with all transactions settled via smart contracts. Superstate, a U.S. SEC-registered conversion agent, is the first integrator, offering digital asset services as it connects equity tokens from its Opening Bell platform to Raydium’s liquidity.

Odaily Planet Daily reports: Solana ecosystem DEX Raydium has launched Permissioned AMM, allowing issuers to directly deploy KYC restrictions and regulated assets onto Raydium and access Solana liquidity without building their own trading venues. Issuers control participation through self-managed KYC whitelists, permitting only approved wallets to interact with liquidity pools, with all transactions settled on-chain via immutable smart contracts in a transparent manner. The first integrated party is Superstate, a U.S. SEC-registered transfer agent, whose blockchain-based equity issued on the Opening Bell platform will gain secondary market liquidity through Raydium Permissioned Pools.
