Meme coin news broke on September 8, 2026, when crypto KOL 0xShawn minted BNC4 tokens via Four.meme using the 4Stock mechanism. He deposited USDC to a designated address, and Four.meme used those funds to purchase actual BNC stock, minting BNC4 tokens at a 1:1 ratio. BNC4 later traded at 7–8 times the stock’s after-hours price of $4.20, reaching over $30. On-chain data shows the token was sold on BNB Chain, generating a $230,000 arbitrage profit.

BlockBeats news, on September 8, crypto KOL 0xShawn (@ShawnThread) posted that he successfully minted BNC4 via the Four.meme platform at the after-hours U.S. stock market price, realizing a $230,000 arbitrage profit.

According to the 4Stock mechanism and official documentation of the Four.meme platform, the arbitrage process for 0xShawn is as follows: Shawn sends USDC to the designated minting address on Four.meme and submits a request. The platform processes the request, uses the funds to purchase actual BNC shares (CEA Industries), and mints BNC4 tokens to him on a 1:1 basis according to the actual quantity purchased.

After receiving the BNC4 tokens, Shawn immediately sold them on the BNB Chain. At the time, BNC4 on-chain was trading at 7 to 8 times the price of the underlying stock (the stock was trading at just over $4 after hours, while BNC4 briefly reached over $30), allowing him to realize an arbitrage profit.
