According to CryptoDaily, the cryptocurrency market opened December in bearish territory, with major coins like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) falling due to low liquidity, heavy leverage, and over $600 million in liquidations. BTC dropped nearly 6% to around $85,984, while ETH fell over 6% to $2,828. Solana (SOL) and Celestia (TIA) also saw sharp declines, with SOL down over 7% and TIA down nearly 10%. South Korean exchange Upbit will resume deposits and withdrawals on December 1 after a $37 million hack. The market is closely watching the Federal Reserve’s upcoming policy decisions for clues on potential rate cuts.
