D3 has launched the Frontier Hyperliquid Vault, offering early access to new TLDs through token launch announcements. NASDAQ-listed Hyperion DeFi (NASDAQ: HYPD) joins as a launch partner. D3, backed by Paradigm and certified by ICANN, allows users to deposit Solana and Hyperliquid assets to earn Frontier Points, which grant priority registration ahead of domain launches in 2026. Hyperion DeFi will also receive DOMA token allocations under an agreement with the Doma Foundation. DeFi exploit risk remains low, as the program centers on asset-backed rewards and domain tokenization. The Doma Protocol aims to tokenize the $360 billion domain market using a DNS-compatible blockchain.

ChainCatcher report: Domain infrastructure company D3 has announced the launch of the Frontier Hyperliquid Vault, a membership program offering participants priority access to a new round of internet top-level domains. Hyperion DeFi (NASDAQ: HYPD), listed on Nasdaq, is named as a launch partner for the vault. D3 is a core contributor to Doma Protocol and one of the few ICANN-accredited Web3 registrars, with investors including Paradigm. The program launches as ICANN opens the second round of new top-level domain applications in August 2026, having received over 1,600 applications—including suffixes such as .agent, .crypto, .wallet, .sol, .robot, and .hype. The previous expansion occurred in 2012, resulting in approximately 1,200 new top-level domains now used by tens of millions of websites. Participation process: Users deposit qualifying assets into supported custodians on Solana and Hyperliquid to earn Frontier Points, then use pledged points to secure priority access to registry domains prior to official registration. As part of its initial commitment, Hyperion DeFi will receive an allocation of DOMA tokens in future potential token generation events, pursuant to incentive arrangements with the Doma Foundation. Doma Protocol is a DNS-compatible blockchain aiming to tokenize the approximately $360 billion domain name market.
