ChainCatcher report: On-chain financial operating system Concrete has announced that its native governance and configuration token, CT, will undergo a Token Generation Event (TGE) on September 30, 2026. CT is issued by Concrete Network, Ltd., with a fixed total supply of 1 billion tokens and no inflation mechanism. The product suite includes Earn, Vaults, Enterprise, and AssetCX, with disclosed deposit volumes exceeding $1.2 billion, cumulative trading volume surpassing $23 billion, and over 54,000 depositors. The development company is Blueprint Finance. Eligible holders who lock their CT tokens may participate in governance decisions regarding supported strategies, collateral categories, fee structures, and module operations. Stakers may receive a portion of protocol-side fee adjustments based on their interaction with supported modules and may qualify for rewards according to their level of participation and protocol rules. As the protocol expands, additional predefined governance decisions will gradually transition to token-based governance. CT allocation is as follows: 35% for the ecosystem, 15% for the foundation, 22% for the team, and 28% for investors. The ecosystem portion is allocated for community distribution, ecosystem participation, liquidity, and growth; contributor and investor shares are subject to long-term vesting schedules. The Cayman Islands-based Concrete Foundation coordinates protocol governance and manages the CT treasury, while its British Virgin Islands subsidiary, Concrete Network, Ltd., serves as the issuer. CT contracts have been deployed on Ethereum and BNB Chain; listing times, trading pairs, and eligibility are determined individually by each platform.
