Odaily Planet Daily report: BNB Plus, the publicly listed entity of the BNB treasury, has announced that it has received a delisting ruling from the Nasdaq Hearing Panel. The primary reason for delisting is the company’s stock price having failed to meet Nasdaq’s continued listing requirement of a minimum $1.00 bid price. BNB Plus plans to submit an appeal to the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council; however, this appeal will not suspend the delisting process. The company’s shares will be suspended from Nasdaq trading effective the open on July 14, 2026. BNB Plus has completed preparations for listing on the OTCQB Venture Market, with the ticker symbol remaining BNBX, and expects trading to resume normally on the over-the-counter market following the open on July 14.
