Bitwise’s Solana ETF (BSOL) has hit $1 billion in AUM in 10 months, driven by strong ETF inflows. The fund gained most of its assets during a bear market. Spot Solana ETFs have seen $1.7 billion in ETF inflows and $13 billion in trading volume since September 2025. Goldman Sachs and Charles Schwab are increasing Solana exposure, with Schwab planning to offer spot Solana trading.

Bitwise has hit a big milestone with its Solana Staking ETF, crossing the $1 billion asset under management milestone. The fund has reached that level in just 10 months. This development also stands as a testament to the ongoing investor interest despite the difficult year for cryptocurrencies.

The milestone arrives as Solana continues recovering from a steep market downturn. Solana has gained nearly 45% over the past month, although it remains about 60% below its record high.

Strong ETF Demand Despite Market Pressure

Besides BSOL’s growth, spot Solana ETFs have attracted $1.7 billion in cumulative flows. Notably, the category has avoided a prolonged period of net outflows since launching.

Cumulative trading volume in the spot Solana ETFs has also reached over $13 billion since September 2025. This indicates that investors still see Solana as an institutional opportunity for the long-term.

The shares of BSOL, however, are still roughly 40% off their list price. The gap reflects the impact of market conditions on investors despite the continued fund flow.

Institutions Expand Solana Exposure

Further, major financial platforms are also expanding their access to Solana. Charles Schwab plans to offer spot Solana trading to clients in coming months.

Moreover, Goldman Sachs ranks among the largest known holders of spot Solana ETFs. The bank holds nearly $90 million across these products.

Significantly, advisors emerged as major buyers during the second quarter. Hedge funds, meanwhile, reduced their exposure during the same period.
