Previously, Foresight News reported that the Arbitration Court of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, had initiated bankruptcy observation proceedings against Fox Group, which holds 98% of BitRiver’s shares. The debt stems from a equipment supply contract worth approximately 700 million rubles, after BitRiver failed to deliver the equipment despite receiving an advance payment.
