Bifrost launched vETH 3.0 on December 19, a cross-chain staking solution for Ethereum. The upgrade allows native minting of ETH LST across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polkadot, and Bifrost. Built on SLPx and DVT technology, it supports decentralized staking nodes and aligns with the ERC-4626 standard. vETH 3.0 offers higher staking yields than stETH, with a peak annualized return of 268% during the one-month incentive period.
