3. How to Deposit BRL Using Pix? 

Step 1: Visit the official KuCoin website or open the KuCoin app, and log in with your KYC-verified account.

Step 2: Select BRL Deposit

(1) For the web version:

  • Please click on "Buy Crypto" in the top navigation bar, then select "Fiat Deposit" to enter the fiat deposit page.

(2) For the app version:

  • Please tap on "Add Funds" and then select "Fiat Deposit" to access the fiat deposit page.

The following steps apply to both the website and the app:

(3) Select "BRL" as the fiat currency >> Choose "Pix" for the deposit method.

 

Step 3: Complete the Pix additional verification (if already completed, you may skip this step).

Step 4: Deposit BRL into your funding account.

Once the Pix additional verification in Step 3 is completed, you can proceed to the BRL deposit page.

  • Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and then click "Next."

  • Use your banking app to scan the QR code or copy the Pix Code to complete the transfer.

  • Once we receive the funds, they will be credited to your KuCoin account immediately.

4.1 How long does it take for BRL deposits via Pix to be credited?
BRL deposits via Pix are usually credited instantly, but the processing time may be affected by your bank's handling time.

4.2 What are the fees for depositing BRL using Pix?
There are no fees for depositing BRL using Pix. The deposit fee is 0 BRL.

4.3 What should I do if my deposit order on KuCoin shows as failed or abnormal, but I have initiated the deposit transaction with my bank?
If your deposit order shows as failed or abnormal on KuCoin, it means that KuCoin has not received the funds. We recommend first contacting your bank to check the transaction status.
