😮 The U.S. brokerage managing $13.04 trillion in assets now lets customers trade three additional tokens. Charles Schwab, the U.S. financial services firm, announced it will add Solana, Avalanche, and Chainlink to its crypto trading platform within the coming months. Previously, customers could only trade Bitcoin and Ethereum. Schwab Crypto began serving individual customers in May. Users can now buy and sell crypto directly on Schwab’s website and mobile app, just like trading stocks. The firm charges a 0.75% fee on each trade’s value. The service is currently available only in the U.S. and requires an account with Charles Schwab Premier Bank. Charles Schwab said it will gradually add more digital assets but has not specified which ones or provided a timeline. As of July 31, the firm manages $13.04 trillion in assets across 39.9 million active brokerage accounts.
