Bitcoin Miner Reserves Are Facing Complete Collapse Major Bitcoin mining firms have been aggressively selling since the start of this cycle. Per @cryptoquant_com, miner reserves have fallen by some ~61,000 $BTC, worth more than $4.5 billion based on current prices. Excellent point. If anyone ever compromised Satoshi's keys, they would mazimize payout by building a sizeable short position on Tradfi venues before moving a single bitcoin. We should be able to anticipate Q-day by watching derivatives metrics such as OI, skew and basis.
