The thing about sentiment is that it lags by like ~2 weeks. Notice how we are back at all-time highs but social media is still a little quiet/gloomy. I bet if we hang out at ATHs for a few weeks, sentiment will catch up and *everyone* will become bullish…and that’s when price goes the other way. Chances are, if you’re joining a directional move because everyone is jolly & agreeable…you’re already late to the party, which is why opening starter positions sometimes means going against the grain.
