Most demo days end with applause and a group photo, and then the builders go quiet for a month. The week after is where I do most of my DevRel work. Every Stellar 14 team that demoed on Saturday handed us a 30 day plan with weekly milestones and a named owner for each one. So in the first week I send each team written feedback: what worked, what to fix, and one question I still have. Then I check the first milestone with the person whose name is on it. Teams that want to keep going get one clear next track, whether that is the Instaward follow up, the Stellar Community Fund, or office hours with me. I judge a cohort by how many of those teams are still pushing commits a month later. If you run builder programs, what do you do in the first week after demo day? @BuildOnStellar
