Stellar: Protocol 26 "Yardstick" activated on mainnet May 6 following the validator vote at 1700 UTC. The upgrade adds CAP-0077 Quorum Freeze, giving validators a protocol-native mechanism to freeze ledger keys by consensus. Also ships BN254 cryptographic primitives, v2 TTL host functions, and 256-bit integer arithmetic.
