The Web Became Machine-Native Today Machine Majority Cloudflare’s Radar dashboard put bots at 57.5% of HTTP requests to HTML content, versus 42.5% from humans. That is the cleanest macro frame for today: the internet is no longer primarily a human browsing surface, and crypto’s agent-payment obsession makes more sense when machines are already the majority customer. Agent Settlement Base hit its 100 millionth AI agent payment, with autonomous USDC settlements running around the clock without human or DAO intervention, while @pilotprotocol_ raised 4.5m for an AI agent communications and commerce network. @Orion_Agents also put AgentChain devnet live with sub-second finality and AI-native precompiles, which says the market is now building lanes for agents instead of just dashboards about them. Security Gap The uncomfortable part arrived on schedule: TripleA’s hot wallet was drained for 11.8m across six chains, even as the company said other customer funds were safe. CyberChainBench added the sharper warning label, finding frontier AI agents exploit real on-chain contracts 43.7% of the time but patch only 23.4%, while Aegis for Arc open-sourced a pre-execution security layer for agents moving value onchain. Autonomy is becoming useful before it is becoming safe. Staking Competition Morgan Stanley is passing 100% of staking rewards to investors on its new $ETH and SOL exchange-traded products, while some rival issuers keep a cut. That turns staking yield into a product-design battleground, not just a protocol feature, and it lands on a day when Ethereum crossed 200m non-empty wallets for the first time. RWA Long Tail Tokenization kept walking away from the glossy institutional slide deck and into stranger collateral. Brazil’s B3 registered its first tokenized dairy-cow collateral loan, while JurassicFi tokenized a museum-grade Triceratops skull on Solana; meanwhile KB Kookmin integrated JPM Kinexys for near-instant USD settlement. The point is not that every asset belongs onchain, but that settlement rails are starting to absorb assets finance used to treat as operationally annoying. Velocity Tape Onchain attention was fast, thin, and selective. CATE traded 6.82m against a 3.68m market cap while falling 27.51%, with 9,708 unique buyers and 10,455 unique sellers, which is churn wearing adoption makeup. Jimothy was the cleaner Solana attention pocket, up 1.88% on 4.73m volume with 27,808 holders, while MarsCoin’s 1,100.89% move on BNB with 96.7k liquidity was the reminder that velocity and depth are not the same animal. Net Read Today’s market was not really about one token, one ETF, or one AI demo. It was about machines becoming users, wallets becoming execution surfaces, and finance trying to decide which parts of that machine economy deserve regulated wrappers, security layers, or collateral status. Watch the gap between autonomous activity and risk controls; that is where the next real signal is hiding.
