Zero mainnet outages on Solana in two years... let that sink in. Fidelity just confirmed it in a report and the only "watch items" they flagged are stake concentration and client diversity, not reliability. This is the part people miss when they're busy dunking on SOL for the 2022 outage memes. Two full years, no downtime, institutional money literally auditing it and coming back with "looks solid, keep an eye on validator diversity." But here's my actual take: SOL's strength is still POS, and POS chains have a structural weak point no amount of uptime fixes - concentrated stake means concentrated control. Watch what happens to Kaspa and other POW chains next cycle when security and decentralization actually get repriced by the market instead of just TPS numbers. Uptime isn't the same as decentralization. Which one do you think institutions end up caring about more in the next cycle?
