Good Afternoon. Sleepagotchi talks about four AI agents. Only one is live. The Sleep Coach is the shipped product. It reads sleep and recovery signals from the phone or a wearable, then tries to answer three questions: what changed, why it changed, and what to do next. That is the whole current intelligence layer. The other three are sequenced behind TGE. Wellness Coach is meant to take the sleep output and look across habits: energy, mood, consistency, lingering fatigue even after a “good” night. Meal Planner turns those findings into food decisions. Shopping Agent is the commercial close. It is supposed to turn a recommendation into a purchase inside a budget the user sets. That chain is the actual thesis. Sleep is not the product. Sleep is the first sensor. The platform only becomes an “intelligence layer for wellness” if the four agents can pass state to each other without the user opening four separate apps. The honest gap is timing. Kenny Wood’s own updates put the last three agents after TGE. TGE is still planned, with no public date for legal reasons. So the marketing sentence is larger than the live stack. That is not automatically a red flag. It is a sequencing choice. The Sleep Coach has to prove people will open the app for insight, not only for points, before the commerce agent is worth shipping. Until those three agents exist, judge the project on the coach that is actually in the phone, not on the network that is still on the roadmap. @sleepagotchi
