One contributor talking about a project might create a little attention Hundreds of contributors talking about different parts of that project can create something much bigger The important part is that they don't all have to reach the same people Each person brings their own network, interests and way of communicating That gives a project multiple paths into different communities instead of depending on one account to carry the entire conversation This network effect is probably one of the strongest ideas I see behind @TheDAOLabs, with #SocialMining turning individual contributions into broader project visibility
