The prediction market space is already saturated—can World, a Solana-based prediction market focused on marketing, still carve out a share? What will it rely on? On-chain prediction markets are already dominated by Polymarket and Predict; I no longer hear any noise from other smaller or larger platforms, including Limitless. (Kalshi shouldn’t count as an on-chain platform—Opinion’s botting is too obvious; it’s already irrelevant. Still, PM and Pre haven’t launched their TGEs yet, and much of their data appears to be inflated for airdrop purposes.) I’m wondering if World might end up meeting the same fate as Monad—Monad was great at marketing and knew how to ride the hype wave.
