most wellness apps stop at the insight. they tell you sleep was off, recovery was thin, then leave you to open another tab and guess what to buy. that break in the loop is where most habits die. @sleepagotchi is pointing at a tighter version. the agent reads the data, flags what you actually need, finds the product, and can complete the purchase without sending you out of the app. intelligence and transaction in the same place. i noticed the same pattern in the game. when dino had a rough night, the next village tasks felt heavier and the recommendations in-app started to match what the day actually needed. when the loop stayed inside one system, i followed through more often than when the advice lived in one app and the action lived in another. still early. but closing that gap between “here is your data” and “here is the next step” is the part that makes wellness feel usable instead of another dashboard. curious if you would let an agent buy for you based on last night’s sleep, or if that still feels one step too far.
