Let’s explore the advantages of Quip Network. Looking at @quipnetwork, its greatest strength lies not merely in creating another blockchain, but in proactively addressing the coming era of quantum computing by simultaneously considering both quantum computing and blockchain security. Quip Network is building a decentralized marketplace that connects operators with quantum computers and participants using traditional computing resources like CPUs and GPUs. Users can request the computations they need from the network without owning expensive quantum hardware, while operators contribute their idle computing resources. This is a highly practical approach. Quantum computers are not yet widely accessible or easy to use, and building or even accessing actual quantum hardware remains difficult. Quip Network aims to lower these barriers and enable quantum computing to be utilized as a networked resource. Particularly noteworthy is its focus on applying quantum computation to optimization problems in finance, logistics, and manufacturing. Recently, Quip Network conducted a test comparing D-Wave quantum processors with classical CPU-based solvers on the same portfolio optimization problem. Another key advantage of Quip Network is its post-quantum security. As quantum computers advance, some current cryptographic systems may become vulnerable in the long term—a concern frequently raised across the blockchain industry. Quip Network addresses this by adding quantum resistance as a separate security layer, without requiring migration of existing blockchains to entirely new chains. It already offers quantum-resistant wallets on EVM and Solana, and has developed protection technologies for Bitcoin as well. It’s also highly interesting that QuipSwap has recently been unveiled. Launched on September 1, 2026, QuipSwap aims to enable direct cross-chain trades between users’ wallets without relying on bridges, oracles, or wrapped assets. It is initially available on Base, with plans to expand to other EVM and non-EVM networks. I believe Quip Network’s greatest strength is its effort to unify quantum computing and blockchain security within a single ecosystem. On one side, it enables individuals to contribute underutilized computing resources—CPUs, GPUs, QPUs—to the network; on the other, it builds infrastructure for asset protection and cross-chain capabilities prepared for the quantum era. Even in its testnet phase, Quip Network allows CPU, GPU, and QPU operators to participate, and it is being developed as open-source—an encouraging sign for long-term ecosystem growth. Of course, since it is still in the testnet stage with features yet to be fully implemented, its stability and reliability on mainnet remain to be observed. Given that quantum computing itself is still rapidly evolving, technical validation and real-world use cases are crucial. Nevertheless, I view Quip Network not simply as a “quantum-related project,” but rather as an infrastructure initiative that decentralizes computing resources while preparing blockchain for the quantum era. As quantum computing becomes more widely adopted in industry and blockchain faces increasing demands for long-term security, it will be fascinating to see how projects like Quip Network position themselves. What sets Quip Network apart is not just talking about a future that hasn’t arrived—but actively building tangible, usable technologies such as its testnet, quantum computation services, post-quantum wallets, and the recently launched QuipSwap.
