It does NOT take three years to bring outside talent into this space, it doesn't even requires heaps of money. It takes 72 hours, some money, a dream and the desire to move QUICK. Incredibly proud of the teams mentality this week despite the road bumps. There's been some moments where people needed anxiety soothed, there's been moments when doubts arise but we simply re-affirm ourselves. It's never meant to be 'easy'. We now enter that phase where the subconscious doubt kicks in, it's not as loud as launch, the hype fades and you begin questioning 'is this really all that good? I must of been crazy, maybe we're just too early?' The reality is, product isn't enough in this space otherwise someone could of taken every industry leader's platform 1:1 - lowered fee's and just won. It's step 1. You need more, you need a cultural moat, roots in the soil and an approach that is unique to you followed by relentless action. That's step 2. Death by 1000 cuts.
