A lot of projects can attract attention for a few weeks. Keeping people engaged long after the excitement fades is the real challenge. That’s what I’ve been noticing around @River4fun lately. Season 5 feels less like a campaign and more like a community effort. Creators are contributing, users are participating, and conversations keep flowing naturally across the ecosystem. The rewards and rankings help, but they aren’t the main reason people stay. The real value in @RiverdotInc comes from building an environment where participation feels worthwhile. That’s much harder to create, and far more sustainable.
