a chain can exist without anyone caring about it. what matters is what the infrastructure makes possible once someone actually has a reason to use it. that is why @CNPYNetwork is not just about making another L1 easier to launch. the bigger idea is creating infrastructure that can support applications people actually want to use. good infrastructure should disappear into the experience. users should notice what the application does, not everything underneath it.
