Quantum risk is often framed as something distant. @quipnetwork treats it as a present day security challenge that requires preparation now. The approach behind Quip focuses on strengthening existing wallets and current blockchain systems by adding an additional security layer on top of what already exists. This creates a hybrid structure where traditional cryptographic signatures continue to operate as they do today. Post quantum signatures are introduced as an additional protective layer.
