I am voting Yes on the Withdraw 25,400,000 ada for Intersect: Governance coordination and technical stewardship proposal. Decentralization is core to Cardano, but I don't believe it applies equally to every domain. Realistically, work where speed and clear accountability are decisive, such as core node maintenance, hard fork coordination, and incident response, is still better handled by a single accountable organization that can act quickly than by waiting on distributed community consensus. For that kind of work, such a body remains essential. This proposal addresses exactly that kind of work, and Intersect has a real track record of doing it. The evidence is its coordination of two network upgrades and its leadership during the November 2025 chain partition incident. This kind of operational backbone is still needed for the network's continuity and rapid response. This Yes is not unconditional trust in Intersect as an organization, but a judgment about the practical necessity of operational continuity for the network.
