Cardano governance is not an engineering problem. You can't patch human coordination. We got here because the system was primarily designed by software engineers looking for technical fixes. But governance cannot be solved by simply deleting a few processes or tweaking three parameters. Here is the reality: 1. Cardano is not a "digital nation." 2. Cardano is not a "simple product." 3. It is a complex structural hybrid that exists in between. Stop listening to those selling quick, 3-step fixes. If we want this to succeed, we must stop forcing everything into a technical schema and approach it holistically from a professional political science standpoint. This is a structural challenge.
