This general-purpose AI robotics company, founded three years ago, previously denied rumors of a Hong Kong listing twice last year; this marks its first official confirmation of advancing toward a Hong Kong IPO.
Currently, Zhìyuán has not disclosed the filing date, fundraising amount, or target valuation. According to the South China Morning Post, the company has appointed CICC, CITIC Securities, and Morgan Stanley as lead underwriters; Zhìyuán has not confirmed these details.
According to Omdia data, AgiBot shipped 5,168 humanoid robots in 2025, accounting for approximately 39% of the global market and ranking first in shipment volume. This month, Unitree Technology has received approval for its IPO registration on the STAR Market, bringing both leading robotics companies to the listing stage.
