Zhejiang police recovered 3 million RMB in a crypto fraud case on December 19. The Yuyao Public Security Bureau took down a telecom fraud ring that used fake virtual currency platforms to lure investors. Scammers told victims "large amounts require offline transactions" and directed funds to fake exchangers. The suspects also coached victims on how to respond to police.
