Singapore, October 15 /PRNewswire/ -- YYForce Inc. (Nasdaq: YFOR) ("YYForce" or the "Company") today announced the commercial launch of Yolara AI, an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform that integrates algorithmic matching, automated workforce processes, digital timekeeping, and operational analytics for frontline businesses.
The platform’s core features are now available via web and mobile in Singapore. YYForce is rolling out conversational AI voice agents in phases to select enterprise customers, adding natural language workforce requests and AI-assisted process initiation capabilities to the platform.
Yolara AI is being launched through YYForce’s existing regional operations network, which includes over 100,000 verified frontline workers and more than 500 corporate partnership locations. The company states that these figures reflect its current network and do not represent the number of active users or locations at Yolara AI’s launch.
AI-driven workforce orchestration
Yolara AI helps businesses coordinate flexible workforce solutions across industries such as hospitality, food and beverage, retail, logistics, events, and facility management. Its workforce orchestration process connects enterprise needs with worker skills and availability, leveraging AI-assisted matching to support staffing decisions and using digital tools to track shift execution.
YYForce stated that by integrating these activities into a single platform, the company aims to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and improve coordination between businesses and workers. Actual workforce outcomes depend on worker availability, qualification requirements, and operational conditions.
Core features available at launch
- AI multi-factor matching: Evaluates worker suitability based on skills, availability, location, qualifications, and past shift records to match candidates with business needs.
- Conversational worker onboarding: Use a conversational interface to collect worker information, confirm availability, and communicate shift requirements.
- Automated scheduling process: Connects workforce needs with eligible shift bookings to help businesses coordinate coverage and enable workers to access suitable opportunities.
- Digital Time and Attendance: Use geofenced check-ins and check-outs to collect shift attendance data for monitoring and reconciliation.
- Talent Mapping and Workforce Intelligence Dashboard: Structure worker profiles, qualifications, and shift histories into a searchable talent repository, and display metrics such as workforce coverage, attendance, and labor costs via a dashboard.
Phased Deployment of AI Voice Agents
YYForce is gradually deploying Yolara AI's conversational voice agent with select enterprise clients in Singapore. The agent is designed to use natural language processing (NLP), intent recognition, and information extraction to convert verbal workforce requests into structured digital requests.
For example, a manager might say: “I need five banquet staff members at Marina Bay from 6 PM to 11 PM tomorrow.” The agent will extract the number of people, position, location, and shift time, request clarification if information is missing, and prepare the request for the platform’s matching process.
Phased deployment is designed to evaluate usability and operational performance before a broader rollout. Therefore, during the initial launch, the availability of voice agents will differ from that of the core platform.
Connect AI with real-world workforce operations
Yolara AI supports YYForce’s strategy of integrating labor operations with applied AI and digital workflow automation. The company’s existing workforce and enterprise relationships provide a foundation for deploying the platform, gathering operational feedback, and identifying opportunities for future AI model development.
Mike Fu, CEO of YYForce, said: “Frontline workers have long been hampered by manual friction, fragmented shift communication, and slow fulfillment cycles. With Yolara AI, we are turning applied artificial intelligence into an immediate operational lever—transforming managers’ verbal requests into completed shifts within minutes. This launch marks a foundational milestone in YYForce’s strategy to build a unified, intelligent workforce ecosystem in the region.”
AI Development and Regional Expansion Roadmap
YYForce plans to evaluate expansion into additional Southeast Asian markets based on customer demand, operational readiness, and local requirements. Planned AI-enhanced features include machine learning-based demand forecasting, predictive workforce analytics, and agent-based workflows that connect conversational requests with enterprise systems. These capabilities are part of the development roadmap and are separate from the core functions available at launch.
