CoinDesk reports:

Singapore, October 8 /PRNewswire/ -- YYForce Inc. (Nasdaq: YFOR) (“YYForce” or the “Company”) today announced the expansion of its 24iFM platform through the introduction of the Services Marketplace and Lifestyle Advertising features (collectively, the “Expansion”). This expansion integrates property management, on-demand home services, and merchant promotions into a single digital platform.

This expansion introduces two potential digital revenue streams for YYForce’s existing IFM business: commissions or service fees from eligible market transactions, and advertising and promotional revenue from participating merchants. The company states that revenue generation will depend on user adoption, completed transactions, and commercial agreements with service providers and merchants.

From facility management to the digital services market

24iFM integrates functions that were traditionally operated through separate systems. The platform combines everyday property and facility management tasks—including facility booking, visitor registration, digital forms, payments, and community communication—with an expanding marketplace for home and property-related services.

Through the 24iFM Service Marketplace, users can discover and book participating service providers. YYForce expects to participate by charging commissions or service fees on qualified service activities generated on the platform, subject to applicable commercial arrangements.

Lifestyle features expand digital advertising channels.

In addition to the service marketplace, YYForce is expanding its 24iFM lifestyle experience by connecting users with participating merchants and service providers across health, education, beauty, healthcare, pet services, sports, and other lifestyle segments.

This lifestyle feature is designed to create additional advertising revenue opportunities. Potential advertising products include featured merchant displays, sponsored category placements, promotional campaigns, and other forms of paid digital exposure.

Two revenue streams within a digital ecosystem

The business expansion of 24iFM introduces a complementary digital revenue architecture beyond YYForce’s existing facility management services. The service marketplace is designed to generate transaction-based commissions or service fees, while the lifestyle features aim to drive advertising and promotional revenue from participating merchants.

The company stated that, combined, these features aim to extend the economic potential of its property relationships by creating opportunities for digital commerce within its service community.

Mike Fu, Chairman and CEO of YYForce, said: “24iFM extends our relationship with properties beyond traditional facility management. By connecting property users with service providers and merchants through a digital platform, we are creating additional opportunities for transaction and advertising revenue around our existing IFM business. As adoption grows, our goal is to increase the number of commercial interactions enabled through the 24iFM ecosystem.”

Singapore and Southeast Asia market background

Singapore provides an initial market for property-linked digital services. According to data from the Singapore Department of Statistics, as of June 2026, Singapore had a total of 381,996 apartments and other residential units. The company states that this housing stock is provided solely to illustrate the type of residential communities targeted by 24iFM and does not represent the number of households or customers currently connected by the company.

The expansion of 24iFM occurs against the backdrop of continued growth in regional digital adoption. According to the e-Conomy SEA 2025 report by Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company, the Southeast Asian digital economy is projected to exceed $300 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) by 2025. The company states that this broader market data is provided solely to illustrate the regional digital commerce environment and does not constitute an estimate of 24iFM’s addressable market or expected revenue.

The business scope of 24iFM is based on its property-connected ecosystem. The platform’s monetization potential will depend on the adoption by residential and commercial communities, the frequency of completed service bookings, commercial agreements with service providers, and demand for promoted listings by paying merchants.

Expand the 24iFM ecosystem

YYForce plans to gradually expand the range of participating service providers, service categories, merchants, and commercial products available on 24iFM, based on market demand and platform adoption.

As more properties, users, service providers, and merchants join the ecosystem, 24iFM aims to enable broader interactions without requiring each new business opportunity to operate as a separate facility management contract.

The commercialization of 24iFM is part of YYForce’s broader strategy to integrate its operational footprint with technology, automation, and digital platforms. Within this ecosystem, 24iFM aims to serve as the digital interaction layer connecting facility operations, daily services, and commercial activities.
