As per Jinse, Yearn announced that its yETH stable pool was attacked on November 30 at 21:11 UTC. Attackers exploited a custom contract to mint large amounts of yETH, causing approximately $8 million in losses from the pool and an additional $900,000 from the yETH-WETH pool on Curve. Yearn stated the affected code is isolated and does not impact V2/V3 Vaults, adding that the attack's complexity is similar to the previous Balancer incident. The team is now collaborating with SEAL911 and Chain Security to investigate the event.
