Yearn Finance Suffers $9M Loss in Hack, Attacker Holds $6M in Assets

As reported by HashNews, Yearn Finance was hacked when the attacker exploited an infinite minting vulnerability in yETH, draining the liquidity pool and causing approximately $9 million in losses. Of this, 1,000 ETH (around $3 million) was sent to Tornado Cash, while the attacker's address still holds about $6 million in crypto assets.
